GDPR

Your GDPR rights

Effective 6 July 2026. If you're in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or an equivalent jurisdiction, you have specific rights over your personal data. Most can be exercised directly in the app; the rest by emailing us.

Access — see what we hold

Sign in and go to Settings → Data export to download a machine-readable copy of your account.

Rectification — fix inaccurate data

Update your profile in Settings → Account and Settings → Goals. For anything you can't edit, email privacy@nakedcalorie.app.

Erasure — delete your account

Use Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your logs, recipes, meals, photos, and profile. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Portability — take your data with you

The export in Settings → Data export is JSON — a common, machine-readable format you can move to another service.

Objection & restriction

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict processing while we investigate. Email privacy@nakedcalorie.app.

Withdraw consent

Turn off analytics or marketing in Settings → Privacy, or reopen the cookie chooser from the Cookies page. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing done before you withdrew.

Complain to a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — for example the ICO (UK), or find your EU authority via EDPB member list.

Response time. We aim to respond to rights requests within 30 days. For complex requests we may extend by a further two months and will let you know.

Contact. Lucalvry LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — privacy@nakedcalorie.app.

Note: an EU representative under Article 27 GDPR has not been appointed yet — placeholder pending legal review. If you're in the EEA and would prefer to contact an EU-based representative, email us and we'll advise.
